Aged Care Information Sessions

In June, ACS will be holding information sessions for Elders living in the Adelaide Metropolitan Region.

These sessions will be held with a view to provide Elders with information about the aged care system, Consumer Directed Care and Home Care Packages; including:

  • My Aged Care—referral through to services
  • Aged Care Assessments
  • Accessing supports as your needs increase/change
  • Commonwealth Home Support Programme
  • Home Care Packages—services and supports available through Consumer Directed Care as well as package administration and Frequently Asked Questions

Information packs, lunch and transport will be provided.
