After 16 years of dedicated service to Aboriginal Elders across South Australia, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our CEO Graham Aitken as he retires to spend more time with his family.Throughout a career spanning decades, Graham has been a passionate advocate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, championing equitable access to aged care and the importance of culturally safe services.
Under his leadership, our organisation strengthened its commitment to culturally responsive care, pioneering culturally appropriate aged care training for staff and expanding services to more than 900 Elders in some of South Australia’s most remote communities.Graham’s compassionate leadership and unwavering commitment have left a lasting legacy and built a strong foundation for the future as we continue to meet the evolving needs of Elders.Thank you Graham for your outstanding service, leadership and lasting contribution to our community.
