Supporting Elders across South Australia with their aged care needs.
Aboriginal Community Services provides aged care support and services to Elders across the state of South Australia through Home Care Packages.
Our team of dedicated Regional Client Services Coordinators travel across regional and remote SA to liaise with Elders and local service providers to ensure quality of care and support.
Engagement with local service organisations and suppliers allows us to a develop a local support network for Elders, no matter when in South Australia they reside.

In conjunction with the Marree community and the Commonwealth Department of Health, Aboriginal Community Services commenced aged care services in Marree in 2018.
Through consultation with the Marree community and at the request of local Elders, we provide aged care supports to the community as a whole, no matter their cultural background.

In conjunction with Umoona Aged Care, their Board, staff, community members and the Commonwealth Department of Health, Aboriginal Community Services commenced aged care services in Coober Pedy in 2019.

Flexible Aged Care (NATSIFAC)
Our Flexible Aged Care Program is designed to provide relatively small amounts of a single or few services to support Elders in maintaining independent community living and wellbeing.
Linen Services
Elders are able to utilise our laundry service for blankets and bedding. Laundry will be collected from the Elders’ residence and returned to them upon completion.
Meals
Our centres are open for breakfast and lunch. Elders can also have their lunch delivered to their home.
Personal care
Assistance with daily self-care tasks to maintain personal hygiene and grooming.
Social Support
Assisting Elders to remain social through one-on-one and group social activities.
Transport
Support for Elders to attend appointments and community activities.
