Aboriginal Elders Village – Pukatja Elders

By April 1, 2021No Comments

The Aboriginal Elders Village bid farewell to our residents from Pukatja, who returned to Country following their stay at the AEV throughout 2020 due to the closure of the Pukatja residential facility due to COVID-19 and biosecurity measures.

After a long time away for their home, residents were very happy to arrive back in Pukatja.

We would like to thank AEV for their care and support of our Pukatja residents. We would also like to thank Nganampa Health Council and the Department of Health for making the residents’ return possible.
