Who we are
Aboriginal Community Services is South Australia’s largest provider of aged care services for First Nations peoples and operates Adelaide’s only Elders-specific residential aged care service.
For more than 30 years, Aboriginal Community Services has been a trusted Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation committed to delivering culturally safe, respectful and community-centred quality aged care — honouring Elders’ self-determination and deep connection to culture and Country.
Our services
Aboriginal Community Services provides quality care enabling Elders to remain living independently in their own homes for longer. We operate Adelaide’s only First Nations-specific residential aged care home for Elders who require round-the-clock, long-term care or respite care.
Home Care
We empower Elders to live independently at home through tailored home care services that support health and wellbeing through cultural and community connection. Our consumer-directed approach puts choice and control in Elders’ hands.
Residential Care
We operate Adelaide’s only aged care home for First Nations peoples where culture, care, and connection to Country are lived every day. From fire-pit cooking kangaroo tail, to singing in Pitjantjatjara — this is home.
