Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Coordinator will provide effective coordination of client transport to our Elders / Clients. You will work with a close knit team of professionals to promote and achieve positive client outcomes. This is a full-time ongoing position working 38-hours per week on-site.

About you

To be successful you will possess a natural ability to communicate and actively engage clients in meaningful and positive manner. You would be comfortable taking a large number of phone calls and be able to multi-task. Your strong, resilience, attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will see you succeed in this role. Previous experience working with Aboriginal people be highly regarded but not essential. You will be responsible for coordination of all transport booking for Elders/ Clients, group activities, community programs and major events, including completing client requests for medical transport, exercise group transport, social transport and special requests. This role requires you to ensure the confidentiality of Client information and documentation of information is upheld in the client database.
