Home Care (Transport) Coordinator
About the role
This is an on-site 38 hour full time Monday to Friday role based at Mile End.
You would join our Client Services team who pride themselves on delivering quality aged care services to Elders living at home and our goal includes assisting Elders to live at home independently.
This role involves scheduling and coordinating the delivery of transport services to our clients. Our team is well established and you will enjoy a friendly workplace where everyone is welcomed.

About you
Ideal qualifications and experience
- Home Care Sector experience
- Home Care Coordinator experience
- Transport Scheduling experience
- Working knowledge of Aged Care Standards
- Comfortable with a busy customer communications and admin workload
- Preferably Certificate 4 but at least Certificate 3 in a relevant field
