Responsibilities
The main objective of a Home Care Coordinator is to develop, implement and review care plans that places client choice and cultural preferences at the center of service delivery and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
This role will also coach and support others in the responsibilities of a Home Care Coordinator.
What we offer
- Base Annual Salary from $71K pa to $88K pa depending on experience
