Responsibilities
This is a six month fixed term contract role with the primary focus being to review systems, and practices and coach and support other staff in the tasks that a Home Care Coordinator undertakes including developing individual care plans.
What we offer
Base Annual Salary from $71,128
Access to salary packaging (up to $15,899 for general living expenses plus $2650 for meals and entertainment)
