Aboriginal Community Services is dedicated to honouring and caring for Elders through culturally safe and respectful aged care services — both in our residential aged care home and through home care services that support more than 430 Elders across South Australia.
As a fully funded provider through Commonwealth aged care grants — and with the support of generous donors and bequests — we continue to deliver high-quality, culturally appropriate care to our Elders.
However, changes to the national home care service model and funding arrangements mean some Elders may face service gaps in the support they receive. Your donation helps ensure that no Elder is left behind.
