Aged Care Information Sessions

In June, ACS will be holding information sessions for Elders living in the Adelaide Metropolitan Region.

These sessions will be held with a view to provide Elders with information about the aged care system, Consumer Directed Care and Home Care Packages; including:

My Aged Care—referral through to services
Aged Care Assessments
Accessing supports as your needs increase/change
Commonwealth Home Support Programme
Home Care Packages—services and supports available through Consumer Directed Care as well as package administration and Frequently Asked Questions

Information packs, lunch and transport will be provided.
